Payment Policy

Cash and most major credit cards are accepted.
NZ residents may also pay via direct credit or debit card. As all transactions are completed electronically regretfully we have no EFTPOS terminal available.

Rates Inclusions

Rates are quoted in NZ dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Service Charge/Facilities Fee – Used to offset operational costs for daily services such as the delicious European Continental breakfast offered daily, use of hotel facilities, guest-only-access’ to an outdoor courtyard with an open fire place, off-street parking (if available), complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the hotel, small library/DVD’s, ski/luggage storage and drying room plus a booking service for restaurant reservations.

Please note, these services are included as a per night Service Charge/Facilities Fee of 7% which will be calculated and added to your total bill.

Child policy – We welcome children 8 years and over  all year round.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required upon booking or 40% of the total bill (Special conditions may apply with package deals).

If booking is cancelled within 14 days then 60% of the booking is refunded to the guest. If booking is cancelled within 7 days, 100% of booking cost shall be payable to the hotel (0% refunded to the guest)* Every effort shall be made to on-sell the room and refund the guest where possible.

Being a mountain resort Queenstown can experience volatile weather affecting flights in and out so ​it’s always a good idea to plan for the unexpected by taking out good travel insurance.

Please note all Card Transactions incur a 2.8% transaction fee and this will be payable on all bookings. We do NOT accept American Express or Diners Cards (apologies for any inconvenience).
