Payment policy

Cash and most major credit cards are accepted.
NZ residents may also pay via direct credit or debit card. As all transactions are completed electronically regretfully we have no EFTPOS terminal available.

Rates Inclusions

Rates are quoted in NZ dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) plus delicious European Continental breakfast daily, use of hotel facilities, off-street parking, complimentary UFB WiFi throughout the hotel, guest ipad, small library/DVD’s, ski/luggage storage and drying room plus booking service for restaurant and all activities.

Child policy – We welcome children 6 years and over  all year round.

Cancellation Policy 

**FREE CANCELLATION (COVID RELATED) 

Due to our size 20% payment will be taken if room is cancelled within 14 days of the stay date. Every attempt to on-sell the room shall be made to mitigate any loss to the guest. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% payment.

A minimum deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required upon booking. (Special conditions may apply with package deals)
Being a mountain resort Queenstown can experience volatile weather affecting flights in and out so ​it’s always a good idea to plan for the unexpected by taking out good travel insurance.
Please note all Credit Card Transactions incur a 2.8% transaction fee and this may be payable on booking cancellation.
